Hello, everyone. I just wanted to quickly say that we appreciate all of you. Every single person who takes the time to review our stories, every watcher who follows us, everybody who we can entertain, and every person we have friendly chats with. We love you all and just wanted you to all know that. It really does brighten our day to hear from you all, as it can help during bad days. In fact, there's many days where we'll go back and read through old comments, critiques, reviews, and conversations that bring a smile to our face, even if the day has been rotten. So for that, we thank you again. I know I'm being redundant, but we mean.
On top of that, some of you may know that we've written a couple of books on Amazon. While the first one has been free for a while, the second hasn't been...Until now. Yes, we have made our second book free of charge on Amazon for everyone. You can get the sequel to our
award-winning critically-acclaimed best-seller
first book here: www.amazon.com/dp/B01MSY2P4X
And now for the part you're probably interested in: the prize. A while back, we offered a prize of a free membership if the first book could get 20 reviews on Amazon. While that has sort of fallen through, we'd like to try it again. The object is simple:
If the first book, "Halfway Heroes" has 30 reviews on Amazon written by people on here who read it by June 10, then of the people who reviewed it, we'll give a 3-month membership to one random deviant. If the second book, "Rogues of Overwatch" has 10 reviews on Amazon written by people on here who read it by June 10, then of the people who reviewed it, we'll give a 3-month membership to one random deviant. If "Rogues of Overwatch" gets 20 reviews on Amazon, we'll instead give 6-months, or two 3-months as it were, to one random deviant. Please read the following rules carefully:
1. If you submit a review, please send us a note of the review you sent.
2. Be honest with your reviews. We want honest feedback from people, whether you loved the book or found some issues with it.
3. Deviants with existing membership may participate.
4. You must regularly post art to receive the membership or have posted a lot of art. In other words, if you have around five or less deviations in your gallery and you've been here for a few years, then you're not eligible. After all, a lot of the membership's features seem to be useful who someone who regularly posts deviations. The type of art does not matter, as it can be drawings, paintings, literature, photography, etc.
If this works well, we may consider doing something like this more often. Maybe different sorts of ways to win instead.
